CSG Holding Co., Ltd. was established in 1984. By issuing both A-shares and B-shares in 

Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1992, CSG has become one of the earliest listed companies 

in China  with the total assets of 15 billion, more than 20 subsidiaries and the staff of near 

10,000 people at present.
